How's the rebuilding George Bush promised for New Orleans going? Well, what do you suppose Mayor Nagin meant when he said:

"We're going to rebuild
this city regardless."

Doesn't sound like Nagin thinks W has delivered. I'm stunned. George Bush not living up to a promise? Not possible.
