Let me see if I understand the plan in its entirety… Increase troop levels back to what they were last January when we were obviously winning the war. BRILLIANT!
By the way, I see Gates is calling for the Army to be increased in size by another 92,000. Can never have enough brave young soldiers to plunk in the middle of civil wars, can you? I sure hope all those young Republicans sign up. Their country needs them! Something like 26% of the country still supports this war. If only 4/10th of one percent of those Eagle Scouts sign up we’ll meet this new need! Come on Blood and Guts Young Republicans… We need you!
