Incompetent Troop Support
This is how the incompetent dickheads in charge of our government "support" the troops. Notice how almost every news story that mentions George W. Bush or the Republican Congress also includes the words "widening scandal."
We have a chance to throw these incompetents out of power in November. What do you say we seize the opportunity?
Personal information on about 2.2 million active-duty, National Guard and Reserve troops may have been stolen last month from a government employee's house, officials said on Tuesday in the latest revelation of a widening scandal.So now our guys don't just need to worry about some asshole who wants to kill them being around the next corner. They also now need to worry about some asshole here trying to rob them while they're gone!
We have a chance to throw these incompetents out of power in November. What do you say we seize the opportunity?

The day to day operations at the agencies are run by lifelong bureaucrats who remain in their positions regardless of who the president is. In addition, government work rules make it virtually impossible to fire a government employee. As a result, the same knuckleheads responsible for this situation will likely be around long after Bush is gone.
If this were the first time incompetence had shown up during this administration I'd grant you that. But this is #4,593 and it doesn't look like things are going to improve. The first thing Bush does when we get Zarqawi is say this is a turning point. That would make this turning point #48 I believe. And while I'm happy as hell we killed this bastard, is anyone willing to bet me the insurgency is over because of it?
Our President is a moron.
