19 Republican Senators

19 of them... Voted against a bill that would condemn amnesty for Iraqis that kill American troops. The vote was 79-19 and all of the votes against were from Republicans.

Why? Why would anyone vote against a non-binding resolution like this? Why would Republican Senators send a message to Iraqis that it's OK to kill our guys?

Because they don't care about our guys.
