They emailed the following to me today:

At U.S. Cellular, customer satisfaction is our top priority and maintaining the privacy of our customers' data is of the utmost importance. Our policy prohibits the disclosure of customer information to any third party without a written subpoena, warrant or court order and we continue to abide by this policy to date and will not release any information to any party without the proper legal requirements being met.
