Just when I think Democrats have a chance this election, I read something like your posting. I'm OK with saying that it was wrong to out Plame (though both sides wrongly leak confidential material for political purposes) but to say that she would have made a difference regarding Iran is purely delusional. The CIA is a mess yet they would have Iran figured out if only Plame was still on the case? Come on!
Not the point, Lance. The point is that your boys in the Whitehouse keep saying she wasn't covert. And while anyone with a brain knew they were lying, we didn't know how bad of a lie it was. If Iran is such a threat... well, you get the point.
