Do you recall all of the criticism Clinton took over this incident? He rightly took that criticism because it's one example of how poor planning and a lack of adequate support from civilian leadership caused unnecessary military deaths.

So tell me, where are those critics now? Where'd you go? Tell me how nation building in Iraq is different. Tell me how dropping our guys in the middle of a civil war here is better than doing so there. Tell me how with thousands of soldiers dead and 20,000 wounded YOU can keep silent. Is having a Republican in office really the difference maker here? Is that all you ever really wanted? Does the 100th Blackhawk* Down not mean as much as the first? And when the people we're trying to save from tyranny dance on the graves of those trying to help them, what does that tell you about how things are going?
