Security (And Other Republican Talking Points)
When 9/11 came and went, most people gave the President a pass on the finger-pointing he did. The logic went along the lines of: "How could anyone in office for so short a time (nine months) be held accountable for something this devastating? Surely nobody could have seen this coming!"
We later learned we shouldn't have been so trusting. Maybe we should have set our fear aside, been braver, asked questions...
And now the President has been in office for almost five years since that terrible day. And his party has held exclusive control of the government. And they've been given absolute free reign to trample on our principles in the name of security...
And 100% of the airports tested, failed.

In all 21 airports tested, no machine, no swab, no screener anywhere stopped the bomb materials from getting through.
