Another Memo... Ho Hum

Another newly released pre-war British memo makes it clear Bush had made up his mind to go to war 6 weeks before it started. And, I have to say, that doesn't surprise me. I'd expect we'd have things pretty well decided at least that far in advance of such a large-scale invasion. But that isn't really the point.

• The President suggested we provoke an attack by Saddam on a fake UN airplane
• The decision was made before Colin Powell's second appearance before the UN
• This memo piles on the "Downing Street Memo" revelations which essentially said Bush was cherry-picking intelligence.
