WP is a Chemical Weapon per the DoD

Following up on earlier posts here on this topic, it's now being reported that the US Government has classified White Phosphorus as a chemical weapon when it suited us. Now that we've been busted using it, of course, the classification has changed, much like the justification for the preemptive war.

Under that heading is a snip from a declassified DoD document that says:

IRAQ HAS POSSIBLY EMPLOYED PHOSPHOROUS CHEMICAL WEAPONS AGAINST THE KURDISH POPULATION IN AREAS ALONG THE IRAQI-TURKISH-IRANIAN BORDERS.
