Blaming God

“And now, again, I feel God’s words coming to me, ’Go get the Palestinians their state and get the Israelis their security, and get peace in the Middle East’. And by God I’m gonna do it’,” Shaath quotes him as saying.

So, Shaath also says he never took W literally that the voices were real. But we know better. We've heard too many times that Ol' George was talking to the big guy. And it's so damn convenient because if W says God told him to do these things, who can say he didn't? Unless God comes down and does an interview on CNN to deny he told W to do these things, we just have to trust Bush. Ummmm.... Riiiiiight. He's lost our trust and I for one don't doubt George is hearing voices. If the rumors are true he's taken to drinking again, well, that would kill two birds with one stone, wouldn't it? I find it interesting that Bin Laden and George are both saying God is guiding their actions. At least one of them must be wrong, eh?

I say they're both full of shit. The God I love wouldn't waste his time with either of these guys.
