Bush, not as smart as a clay puppet

I'm serious! Just a few days ago Bush said:

"I don't think anyone could have anticipated the breach of the levees."

But this from Mr. Bill proves that a lump of clay is smarter than Bush! Mr. Bill knew in May, 2004. Bush, who doesn't read, knew nothing. As usual.
